SEMI is a global industry association representing the electronics manufacturing and design supply chain. They are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the renewal, retention, and recruitment of SEMI members, maintaining strong relationships and addressing membership-related inquiries.

Reach out to existing expired members
Respond to Incoming member interest forms
Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events
Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members
Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift
Qualification
Preferred
Great customer service skills
Strong communications skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
