You will do a variety of work including accounting, transactions (i.e. IPOs, preferred stock financings, etc.), and SOX

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent field required

Professional accounting experience required

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP required

Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple clients with competing priorities

Excellent communication and writing skills required

Self-directed and hands-on, able to work with minimal supervision

Have a desire to learn

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required

Preferred

Public accounting experience highly preferred

CPA a plus
