Responsibilities

Process purchase orders using the iBuy system

Coordinate supplier quotes and maintain accurate supplier records

Manage procurement of mobile devices and Claro lines, including approvals and documentation

Oversee approvals and signatures for commercial documents from clients, distributors, and suppliers

Ensure signed contracts are stored in CM Spring and liaise with the Legal team

Coordinate delivery and collection of contracts and related documents

Monitor compliance for comodato contracts and create dashboards to track fixed assets

Collect and organize documentation for billing processes

Act as a Salesforce (SFDC) support resource, creating reports and dashboards for leadership

Centralize internal communications and assist with performance monitoring

Provide logistical support for internal and commercial events

Coordinate local and international shipments

Manage office-related requests and periodic supply needs (e.g., EPPs)

Support onboarding for new employees and other relevant activities
