Responsibilities

Assists associates in numerous use cases across our market analysis and proposal responses (as noted below), through prompt assistance and language model control, including length, tone, and quality of responses
Supports the Proposal Development Department by analyzing Request for Proposal (RFP) questions, contract requirements, and statement of work requirements. Includes generating initial question outlines, drafting responses, and ensuring that submissions align with all requirements
Assists associates in performing competitor proposal analysis by identifying gaps in AmeriHealth Caritas’s services compared to its competitors and highlighting areas where AmeriHealth Caritas excels. Provides insights and data to optimize AmeriHealth Caritas's competitive edge, through advanced prompting and output review
Assists associates in performing detailed analyses across in-house documentation and current news to identify emerging trends in Medicaid and managed care. Leverages language models to help the organization stay ahead of industry shifts and inform strategic decisions
Assists with and analyzes previously submitted proposals from AmeriHealth Caritas to review services, value-added benefits, and historical talking points
Working with the Market Readiness and Business Development Team within Enterprise Growth, assists with market research and analysis. Works to help uncover critical market information and trends, enhancing strategic planning and market positioning
Supports active Enterprise Growth development efforts through the development of Glean apps, Glean search, Glean prompts, and Glean agents
Reviews and identifies individual use cases across the end-to-end Growth development lifecycle to inform platform enhancements, prompt development, custom instructions, and generative AI platform advancements
Designs, develops, and conducts training, workshops, office hours, and symposia to drive generative AI and platform adoption across Enterprise Growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree: in a related field
At least three (3)+ years progressive experience applying LLMs and Generative AI technology to the automation of operational processes
At least five (5) or more years Senior Analyst experience supporting strategy and growth organizations
Proficiency in advanced prompt engineering techniques and strategies, including developing unique prompts, custom instructions, and custom GPTs
Critical understanding of language models, prompt engineering, custom instructions, GPTs, and knowledge graphs
Understanding of the Glean platform is not required prior to hire, but is required as a part of onboarding, as Glean is our primary language model platform
Familiarity with the latest language models from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, and other innovators
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint
Capability to track and apply new developments in language model technology
Ability to educate and assist team members in maximizing the use of LLMs through advanced prompting and custom GPTs
Interfaces with the Knowledge Library in SharePoint to connect with, review, and extract relevant data
Utilizes and acts as subject matter expert on the Glean platform (glean.com; OpenAI wrapper), particularly as it pertains to Glean Apps (equivalent of custom GPTs and custom instructions), Glean Prompt Library, Glean Search, Glean Agents, and similar
Strategic thinker with excellent tactical execution and personal drive to achieve excellence
Strong analytical, research, judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills; takes personal initiative to apply these skills independently/without direction
Experience taking ownership of processes and driving ideas from concept through completion
Experience with interviewing SMEs to identify and close content gaps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability of delivering material for learning and development

Preferred

Familiarity with basic programming experience (HTML, CSS, and Java) is recommended but not required
