Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Selenium

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases for complex applications, ensuring comprehensive test coverage

Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline

Design and execute test plans, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports on application quality

Utilize Apigee API for testing and automating API functionalities

Manage and maintain test automation code repositories using Git

Perform data validation and manipulation using Structured Query Language (SQL) for various testing scenarios

Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to best practices in test automation

Identify and implement new automation technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in test automation and software quality assurance

Proven expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Selenium

Strong proficiency in scripting languages relevant to test automation (e.g., Python)

In-depth knowledge and experience with Apigee API for API testing and automation

Solid understanding and practical experience with Git for version control

Advanced skills in Structured Query Language (SQL) for database testing and data validation

Demonstrated experience in Test Case Design, Test Execution, and developing comprehensive Test Plans

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

Experience with other Automation Technology tools and concepts is a plus
