Responsibilities

Equip managers and supervisors with the tools, controls, and behaviors required to manage operations to full capacity

Work shoulder-to-shoulder with others to drive behaviors on the front line of an organization focused on barrier removal, leadership development, and employee engagement

Lead, coach, and develop members of a client organization through a change management process

Develop a clear understanding of client processes, barrier identification, and training on repeatable problem-solving skills for substantial improvements and measurable results

Accomplish results through the clients' leadership team with no formal control or direct authority

Be an active and effective problem-solver, communicator, and develop trust and respect with tactful honesty
