Responsibilities
Troubleshoots user support inquires including but not limited to hardware, software, and telecommunication issues
Answers incoming calls to the User Support group on a rotating basis, solve initial inquiries from end-users, and route complex inquires to the appropriate resource
Provide excellent customer service internally, externally, and promote teamwork professionally, with a positive attitude following our customer service standards
Qualification
Required
