Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate the operations within the assigned geographic area
Ensure operational excellence that supports the organization's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability
Implement and monitor policies and procedures that ensure high-quality, efficient and compassionate patient care
Collaborate with the Executives to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy
Have accountability for patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (budget, cost, investment and revenue), and responsibility of managing all capital expenditures
Oversee compliance, accreditation, surveys and meeting both State and Federal Regulations
Work with the team to develop clinical guidelines and procedures while preparing for AAAHC surveys
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or 15 years of relevant managing and developing Ambulatory Surgery Centers successfully
Demonstrate knowledge in areas of physician practice operations and financing and managed care business
Prior experience in a managed care market required
