Account Management Specialist - Northwell

Personify Health is on a mission to simplify and personalize the health experience. The Account Management Specialist will support new client onboarding, provide exceptional ongoing service, and act as a product expert to resolve client issues and analyze benefit trends.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Managers to uphold high standards of client satisfaction and relationship management
Act as the primary daily point of contact for Client to resolve problems and provide data
Build and nurture strong working relationships with client and broker partners
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, escalations, and service issues
Apply critical thinking to identify and investigate systemic issues affecting client members and contribute to effective resolution strategies
Act as the primary daily contact for the benefits teams and brokers for your assigned book of business; ensuring timely and accurate support
Collaborate cross-functionally as client advocate with internal teams to drive resolution of client concerns
Manage multiple priorities with heightened attention to details and deliverable dates
Provide updates to client teams with clearly defined and agreeable completion dates
Communicate clearly and timely with client teams on pending issues
Follow up frequently on pending issues with various internal stakeholders
Request Reports as requested by client; Validate accuracy of data and deliver reports timely

Qualification

Required

1+ years experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
Clear written and verbal communication style with strong collaboration skills
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders while maintaining professional approach
Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and analytical abilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and as part of team
Commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery
