The Press Quality Lead is responsible for monitoring production quality, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards while collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on standard

Monitor and conduct quality checks on product for any quality issues

Ability to use Quality tools such as micrometers, rulers, protractors, etc

Ability to read Quality specifications and blue prints

Data entry

Detail oriented with an eye for details

Communicate with Supervisors, Technicians and operators of Quality defects

Ability to work well with a team or on your own without direct supervision

Work in a safe and efficient manner

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Written and oral communication skills

One year of Quality experience

Understanding of manufacturing including Press machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc

Some occasional international travel may be required
