As a Make Ready/Punch Tech, you will work closely with the Community Service Manager to maintain the community's safety and appearance standards while providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities
Complete tasks that ensure the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company
Possess a strong attention to detail and experience in interior painting
Respond quickly and courteously to resident requests for maintenance service
Troubleshoot the source difficulty and take appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards established for the community
Work closely with the Community Service Manager
Qualification
Required
1-3 years maintenance experience required
Proven experience as an in-house painter, preferably within the residential or apartment sector
Have at least a high school education or equivalent certification
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment
Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation
CPO Certification (if required in the state and location applied)
Preferred
apartment maintenance experience
expertise in the areas of HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, appliances, plumbing, and electrical repair
Budget or basic business finance skills helpful
