Responsibilities
Direct new clinical initiatives and projects to support organizational strategy and scorecard goals
Evaluate and improve education programs using data-driven frameworks
Develop success metrics and coach team members to achieve goals
Collaborate with HR, business and operational leaders on needs assessments, onboarding and professional development programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies not limited to CMS, OSHA, Virginia Department of Health, and The Joint Commission
Work with instructional designers to create effective training content
Assist with budget planning and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
BSN (Bachelor's Degree in Nursing)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business or related field required
7 years of experience in Human Resources or related function with a minimum of 3 years management experience required
Knowledge of related laws & regulations
Experience with complex project management, communication strategies and programs
Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams with facilitation outside scope of direct reports required
Demonstrated strategic skills in business planning with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus and financial acumen
Proficient computer system knowledge
Proven ability to meet business outcomes
Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred
Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC) preferred
