Review architectural plans, specifications, addenda and construction schedules to fully understand project scope and opening requirements
Collaborate closely with contractors, architects and internal team members to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Identify the most appropriate products and pricing to meet project needs and budgets
Create submittals ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of related experience
Strong understanding of product specifications, applications and building codes
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and construction documents
Familiarity with Comsense or similar industry software
Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree
