Responsibilities
Review and understand construction contract documents
Generate track, log, and review RFI’s
Obtain, review, and document project submittals
Review and track project ASI, and similar change documentation
Schedule, host, and document internal project team meetings
Review and coordinate shop drawings and spool sheets across internal teams
Complete material takeoffs and procurement logs
Assist PM in coordination with jobsite install teams
Tracks vendor/subcontractor schedules and expedites
Coordinates with fabrication shop for production handoffs and RFI’s
Gathers and submits project closeout documentation
Supports and interacts with internal and external team members
Seeks opportunities to take leadership roles in internal teams to grow capacity
Occasional travel to project sites for coordination and planning purposes
Qualification
Required
A Strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
Willingness to read into complex issues and learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite of products and Revu BlueBeam
Bachelor's degree in construction management or 3+ years related construction experience
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Preferred
Revit or Autocad experience a plus
Procore experience a plus
