Responsibilities

Configure and maintain online self-scheduling pathways for patients across multiple specialties
Decision Tree build, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and optimization
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, and training for scheduling and access teams
Serve as frontline support for operational issues, monitor scheduling performance, and identify optimization opportunities post-go-live
Based on core knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate requirement/concepts into functionality
Analyze scheduling workflows to improve efficiency
Assigned to various projects and demonstrates the ability to successfully complete tasks. Proactively connects with the manager to prioritize work and reduce risks. Tracks issues and responds effectively to customer concerns. Understands basic project management methods
Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners and maintains fundamental understanding of assigned departmental operations
Facilitates end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements
Manages navigation of migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management processes
Maintains high standards for quality application design, build, testing, and other tasks; ensures adequate documentation is provided for support and end-user training

Required

Intermediate level of operational and application build experience
Experience in workflow analysis, build, and documentation
Ability to configure and maintain online self-scheduling pathways for patients
Experience with Decision Tree build, testing, troubleshooting, validation, and optimization
Day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, and training experience for scheduling and access teams
Ability to monitor scheduling performance and identify optimization opportunities post-go-live
Core knowledge of application and operational requirements
Experience analyzing scheduling workflows to improve efficiency
Ability to successfully complete tasks assigned to various projects
Proactive communication with management to prioritize work and reduce risks
Understanding of basic project management methods
Participation in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes
Ability to facilitate end-user/business owner needs into system specifications and configuration requirements
Experience managing navigation of migration paths, change control process/governance, and ticket management processes
