Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate digitization tasks and workflows, ensuring alignment on timelines and priorities with stakeholders
Provide detailed markup and interpretation of utility engineering records and as-builts
Conduct quality assurance on digitized deliverables
Manage subcontractors, internal teams, and customers to facilitate smooth project execution and process scaling
Collaborate closely with Data and Customer Success leadership to refine operational processes

Subsurface utility engineeringProject managementGIS softwareCAD softwareQuality assuranceProcess optimizationDetail-oriented

Required

2+ years experience in project management within subsurface utility engineering (SUE)
Proficiency with project management tools and techniques (e.g., task tracking, stakeholder reporting, timeline management)
Strong ability to interpret civil engineering plans, record drawings, and as-builts
Comfortable with GIS and/or CAD software (ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation)
Process-driven and always looking to optimize
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment - you value autonomy, creativity, and impact

Preferred

Additional background as a field technician and/or utilities research coordinator
