Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor to attract customers
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store performance targets
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales skills
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the home furnishings industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Ability to work flexible hours, up to early evening and Saturday
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers create their ideal living spaces
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn about a wide range of products and services offered
Preferred
Further education in business or sales is a plus
