Customer Support Specialist (Swedish speaking)
Ridango is a growing international technology company focused on developing contactless, mobile, and environmentally friendly transport solutions. They are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide top-level user support to business customers and end-users, helping them find solutions to questions and technical problems related to public transport ticketing and real-time solutions.

Responsibilities
Advise and help business customers in matters related to our public transport ticketing system, real-time system, and hardware in the bus
Offer the best service to customers and can put yourself in a customer’s position before replying to the inquiries
Find smart solutions to technical problems, with experience and understanding of REST API and SQL
Sift through application and device logs to identify and resolve problems
Create new documentation and update the outdated ones
Thoroughly test the solutions provided to the customers to understand the logic and provide informed feedback
Manage and coordinate incident and problem resolution by involving necessary parties in the discussion
Be on on-call duty and act on incident resolution when it is needed
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Fluent in Estonian, Swedish and English language in speech and writing (C1)
At least secondary education
Experience and understanding of REST API and SQL
Experience working with Jira
Ability to sift through application and device logs to identify and resolve problems
Interest in thoroughly testing the solutions provided to the customers
Active personality and skilled time manager
Comfortable managing and coordinating incident and problem resolution
Ready to be on on-call duty and act on incident resolution when needed
Preferred
Additional languages would be of great benefit!
