POOL \- Bookkeeper\/Accountant

They are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records, process payroll, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage and process payroll, invoicing, and bank/financial transactions
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare financial reports and summaries as required
Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Assist with Australian tax preparations (a plus)
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Experience working for or with Australian clients
Strong understanding of payroll, invoicing, AP, AR, and bank transactions
Proficiency in XERO is a must
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Experience in working for HEALTHCARE organizations/companies
