Responsibilities
Provide technical support to team members via chat, email, or video call
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Support the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Maintain IT documentation and update internal knowledge bases
Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and security
Assist in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based tools and remote work systems
Qualification
Required
A student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiar with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux
Comfortable with basic networking concepts, troubleshooting, and system configuration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn from a global team
Preferred
Knowledge of cloud tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) or remote collaboration platforms
Prior internship or helpdesk experience
