Robolink is a San Diego-based edtech company that creates robotics kits for education. The Growth Marketing Contractor will focus on auditing and optimizing the company's B2B marketing initiatives, establishing new strategies, and experimenting with channels to enhance growth.

Responsibilities
Audit Robolink’s current demand gen and growth marketing channels, then
Establish a new strategy, channel mix, and reporting for all things acquisition related
Funnel mapping
A/B testing and reporting
AEO and traditional SEO
LinkedIn Lead Gen (and content support for Robolink Account Executives)
Ad optimization (Reddit, Retargeting)
Email marketing
Website CRO, forms, and landing page tests
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, inbound, demand gen, email marketing, and/or related fields
SEO experience, some AEO (AI Search optimization) experience
Proven track record optimizing ads (e.g. on Google, Meta, AdRoll, LinkedIn, Reddit)
Experience planning and running experiments in Google Analytics (GA4)
Proficiency with Hubspot, Klaviyo, Brevo, and/or related martech platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Google AdWords Search Advertising
Google Analytics Individual Qualification
Semrush SEO Fundamentals
HubSpot Inbound Marketing and/or Content Marketing Certifications
