Responsibilities
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the NAFTA region
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Manage leads and offers for clients including specification, technical and pricing
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
Analyze market trends and customer feedback
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Bsc degree or above
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue
Experience working with chemistry leading customers
At least 10 years' of experience in sales management in the chemical industry, preferably in the NAFTA market
Experience working with a wide variety of customers, in a home office/field-base capacity
Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel frequently within NAFTA
Preferred
Prefer in monomer Science or Chemistry and relative majors
Chinese would be a plus
