Responsibilities
Analyzes data received from servicer to complete tax line data elements on customer’s servicing system
Performs research and resolution for assigned and or written correspondence
Performs research and assignment of taxing authorities and assist with the update of the agency cross reference tables for conversions
Ensures service levels are meet with the completion of tax line data within the servicing platform
Performs quality management or other special assignments as requested
This position will perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department
Qualification
Required
Ensures accurate and timely completion of tax line information on the customer's servicing system for bulk acquisitions and new customer conversion files
Satisfies audit exceptions in accordance with conversion exception guidelines and schedules
Analyzes data received from servicer to complete tax line data elements on customer's servicing system
Performs research and resolution for assigned and or written correspondence
Performs research and assignment of taxing authorities and assist with the update of the agency cross reference tables for conversions
Ensures service levels are met with the completion of tax line data within the servicing platform
Performs quality management or other special assignments as requested
Performs other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department
