They are seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide clerical and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for employees, referral sources, patients, and caregivers, while promoting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors at the office, setting the tone as the face of the organization
Assist with communications such as answering incoming calls including outbound calls on behalf of the branch
Order needed supplies from the appropriate vendor, serving as the main point-of-contact
Process mail correspondence, including vendor invoices
Assists in updating electronic documents and data entry in applicable systems
Prepare administrative orders, packets, and folders for sales team and field clinicians

Qualification

Office experienceTechnology proficiencyCommunication skillsTeam collaborationTime management

Required

High school diploma
Valid state driver's license
Auto liability insurance

Preferred

One year of office experience; in home health or hospice preferred
