Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions in ServiceNow aligned with ITIL-based processes

Build/maintain modules and experience with: Integration of ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, Integration Hub, User Access Management and Access Review Workflows, Experience with patching, upgrading/installing plugins, Interconnectivity of systems and databases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions

Implement automated workflows, business rules, and scripts

Maintain ServiceNow integrations and ensure platform stability and data integrity

Support platform upgrades and release readiness activities

Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and audit requirements

Produce user documentation and training materials as needed

Stay current with ServiceNow innovations and drive adoption of best practices
