Responsibilities
Research and identify influencers suitable for BAND
Conduct outreach, share creative briefs, and oversee influencer onboarding
Manage communications, ensure follow-through, and provide content guidelines
Handle administrative tasks, including registration and payout processing
Track campaign performance and manage community engagement
Provide teamwide support across administrative and operational needs, including customer support, logistics coordination, and general team assistance
Assist in developing content for social media, marketing channels, and promotional materials across the team
Conduct and edit user interviews
Support video editing and multimedia production
Qualification
Required
Current student or recent graduate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, diligent, with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
Interest in community platforms, digital communication, or mobile apps
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or video editing
To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (CPT/OPT required for F-1 international students)
