Responsibilities
Safely transport and deliver appliances, furniture, and mattresses to customer locations
Install and set up products according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and installation processes
Inspect products for damages and report any issues prior to installation
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition
Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules
Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks regularly
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Basic mechanical skills for product installation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
Preferred
Relevant experience preferred
Previous experience in delivery or installation is a plus
