Responsibilities
Install and service window and door systems at customer locations
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed products
Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Provide exceptional customer service and support during installations
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel for weeks at a time
Preferred
Strong knowledge of window, door, and glazing systems a plus
Familiarity with bespoke fabrication processes a plus
