E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead M365 Systems Information Engineer to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on a contract basis. The successful candidate will oversee the M365 enterprise architecture and ensure the IRS's collaboration ecosystem is secure and optimized for mission delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee system-wide M365 architecture, security integrations, governance, and cross-platform administration
Lead the development, customization, and deployment of PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Administer and govern M365 environments, including Azure AD identity management, security controls, compliance settings, and data retention
Develop, refine, and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for configuration management, reporting, and operational workflows
Support data protection initiatives by developing data readiness plans and integrating Purview solutions for sensitive data handling
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues across the M365 cloud platform and AvePoint Online Services (AOS)
Complete all required documentation, including Security Change Requests, bi-weekly status reports, and technical architectural records

Qualification

M365 solutionsMicrosoft Power Platform.NET developmentPowerShell scriptingIdentity/access management

Required

Extensive experience with M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, Teams, and AvePoint in a large government environment
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Flow)
Demonstrated proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework) and PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of Copilot for Power Apps, AI Builder, and identity/access management (Azure AD, Intune)
