Responsibilities

Architect AI-Driven Integrations: Design and configure interfaces with external systems using automation and AI-powered mapping tools

Generative AI Applications: Automate creation of integration specifications and process documentation. Deploy conversational AI assistants for customer onboarding and troubleshooting. Generate dynamic mapping templates for EDI/API integrations

Process Optimization: Use AI to monitor transactional flows, predict anomalies, and recommend improvements

Customer Engagement: Interface with customers and their technical teams to deliver tailored connectivity solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer Experience Operations teams

Onboarding & Governance: Manage complex initiatives for customers, vendors, suppliers, and financial requirements; maintain Trading Partner Agreements

Drive Automation Strategy: Champion automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and accelerate integration timelines
