Content Marketer and Technical Writer - India Remote

Responsibilities
Develop compelling content for automation, RPA, CXone, and digital transformation topics
Write solution-driven blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and ROI-focused content
Create persuasive copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and sales enablement material
Manage and optimize LinkedIn content calendar, including thought leadership posts, viral content, and industry updates
Collaborate with leadership to build executive brand presence on LinkedIn
Experiment with engaging formats (carousels, infographics, polls, short-form posts)
Own and manage website content development and updates
Ensure messaging consistency, SEO optimization, and alignment with buyer journeys
Collaborate with design team for UX-driven content experiences
Research industry trends, competitors, and best practices to create authoritative content
Build ROI-focused storytelling that highlights value propositions and business impact
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with GTM strategy
Support campaign ideation and contribute creative input for lead generation initiatives
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing
Prior experience in writing content in automation, RPA, CX platforms (like CXone) agentic ai, SaaS, or tech domain required
Strong portfolio of solution-oriented, ROI-focused, and technical content
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-digest content
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance measurement
Strong understanding of LinkedIn content trends and digital engagement tactics
Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for website updates
Solution-driven and business impact-oriented approach
Creative thinker who can ideate viral and engaging content
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology content creation
Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) content strategy
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn analytics, CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), or marketing automation tools
