Assistant Project Manager
NextGen Security, LLC is a fast-growing electronic security systems integrator. They are seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support project completion by assisting with scheduling, onsite support, project documentation, and customer communication.

Responsibilities
Attending project meetings
Assisting with resource scheduling, such as installation and subcontractor team coordination
Onsite technician support
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
Project quality control
Staging of equipment
Project documentation assembly and review
Assisting with invoicing & project tasks
Representing NextGen Security as the valuable point of contact for our valued customers
Local travel may be required for this position
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience a plus
Strong organizational skills
Superior problem solving and communication skills
Ability to process and apply new skills/concepts quickly
Work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams & Windows Operating Systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred but not required)
Prior internship experience within project management or related field (preferred but not required)
Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Procore, and other project management & design products (preferred but not required)
