Responsibilities
You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle and lead the process of evaluating resumes and interviewing candidates across various stages of our hiring funnel, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step
You'll be responsible for leading and supporting our recruiting team, inspiring them to maintain the high standards we set for ourselves
You'll have a keen eye for efficiency and will be responsible for working smart to scale our business impact by automating workflows and processes to reduce the time spent on manual work, allowing us to focus on what truly matters - finding and hiring top talent
Bring innovation to the table when it comes to candidate skills assessment tools
You'll be monitoring ongoing hiring processes and ensuring timely updates to help us improve our internal communications and candidate experience, always keeping a finger on the pulse of the hiring process to ensure that we are providing the best possible experience for everyone involved
Collaboration and communication are key to success in this role, as you'll be working closely with clients to ensure job descriptions, listings, and other recruitment materials are up-to-date and accurate, reflecting the true culture and MENA’s talent brand
You'll be using innovative tools to manage talent pools for new positions, ensuring that we are always on the cutting edge of recruitment strategies, processes, and policies, and expanding our existing database of top talent
Finally, your job won't be complete until the new hires are set up for a seamless onboarding experience, and you'll be responsible for following up with them to ensure that they are engaged, and on track to become valuable members of the client's team
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in identifying, engaging and hiring top talent in tech or high-growth companies
2+ years of experience leading a recruiting team, with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire team members to achieve their goals
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, computer science or engineering, or a similar field, with a strong academic record
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes and develop innovative solutions
Proficiency in recruiting management software, such as Zoho Recruit and applicant tracking systems, such as GreenHouse, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline and optimize the recruiting process
Familiarity with various recruitment channels and social media groups, with the ability to source and engage candidates
Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders
Speaking English fluently and excellent English writing skills, with the ability to communicate with a global team effectively and clients
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Innovative data-driven person with excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making
Experience working remotely with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Docs, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate in a virtual environment
Strong ownership and ability to work fully independently, with the ability to take initiative and drive results
Time is flexible with a good sense of work/life balance, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
