Customer Support Associate (English + German; Multilingual Preferred)
Hallow is a company dedicated to impacting lives through their services. They are seeking a Customer Support Associate who will engage with users, provide assistance, and relay feedback to improve the product.

Responsibilities
Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and at least one of German, French, Italian and/or Polish
Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the Hallow team
Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the product team
Support other Customer Support projects as necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong fluency in English is required
Native or near-native proficiency in German is essential
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Support
Ability to communicate clearly
Stable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s)
A computer that can reliably connect to the web
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all languages you'll support
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
Preferred
Additional language skills are a plus!
Familiarity with the following software is a strong plus: Intercom, Stripe, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace
Official language certification is preferred (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat for German, DELF/DALF for French, or equivalent)
