GetMyCourse is a rapidly growing outsourcing/offshoring company based in Australia and the Philippines. They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented senior Account Manager to generate and nurture multiple client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and sales conversion.

Nurture existing accounts
Win back previous accounts
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow his own accounts/pipeline
Identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio
Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Drive client retention, renewals, up-sells and client satisfaction
Drive VA (employee) retention
Qualification
Required
Must have solid 3-5 years handling B2B account and pipeline management
Strong client management skills
Experience managing large account portfolios
Strong sales, business development and project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools
Highly organized and solution oriented
Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
