Handle day-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial)
Draft contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other law firms
Manage critical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA)
Conduct title searches and maintain accurate file records
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years' experience in a property law or conveyancing support role
Familiarity with Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure
Experience using PEXA and legal practice software (e.g. Smokeball, LEAP)
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
