Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented engineers, designers, and technicians in the development of structural designs for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, tanks, vaults, and other supporting structures
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, process, mechanical, electrical, and I&C engineers, to deliver comprehensive and innovative designs that meet project objectives
Conduct structural design calculations, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality of work products
Actively mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their growth as design professionals and preparing them for increased responsibilities
Embrace the opportunity for fieldwork and travel to support site assessments and provide construction support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license and willingness to obtain Structural Engineer (SE) license
Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design for heavy concrete structures
Expert knowledge of structural design principles, standards, and codes
Proficiency in structural design software and tools such as SAP2000, RISA-3D, or STAAD
Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure exceptional quality of work
Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively work with diverse teams and stakeholders
