Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insightful metrics, reports, and dashboards
Respond to support tickets, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Consult and collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve tickets
Document technical work and processes
Assist the Data Product Management team with defining requirements and scoping ticket requests
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Required

Strong SQL skills
Experience in Postgres
Experience in Snowflake
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Great team player with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and independent decision-making skills
Communicate clearly using excellent written and verbal skills
Continuous learning mindset

Preferred

Experience working in an Agile environment
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Python
Experience with Tableau
Experience using Jira
Experience using Confluence
