Payroll Specialist
CFS is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to centralize and manage payroll for 45 multistate locations. This role involves high-volume processing and supporting both hourly and salaried employees.

Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll for 40+ multi-state locations
Manage weekly/biweekly high-volume payroll cycles
Maintain accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries
Partner with HR and operations to streamline and centralize processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll experience
Multistate payroll required
High-volume processing background
Experience with hourly, salaried, and seasonal employees
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance
Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication
