Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team; develop training; manage hiring/discipline
Plan/execute renovations, turnovers, and improvements (e.g., HVAC, roofing); budgets, timelines
Primary contact for maintenance; prepare proposals, updates, ROI recommendations
Negotiate contracts; vet/onboard vendors; inspect work and resolve issues
Implement programs; ensure code/safety adherence; conduct inspections
Prepare budgets; monitor costs; identify savings
Qualification
Required
Experience managing teams, projects, vendors; strong building systems knowledge (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
Excellent negotiation/communication skills; proficient in property software and Office/Google Workspace
Valid driver's license; pass background/drug screening
