Responsibilities

Effectively manage and analyze several COS Spread & DC line items for Forecast, Close, & Budget

Own the forecast/budget models for several P&L items, as well as partner closely with several Gap Inc central functions and act as the Athleta brand finance liaison for those accounts

Partner with Company Planning, Inventory Management, and Inventory Control Finance on below-cost inventory

Partner with Production & GIS on the Fabric Liability and lead the quarterly Fabric Liability Review with Leadership

Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and prior year income/expenses, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with others on a solution

Close responsibilities include coordination of required close deliverables, close connection with the Corporate Accounting team, and ability to articulate complex accounting to business partners in an easy to understand manner

Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

Proactively strengthen current processes through tool functionality and other process optimization

Support Manager with monthly FP&A deliverables including Forecast, Close, Budget and ad hoc analyses as needed

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance or related fields, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

Advance Excel skills, and modeling required

Preferred

MBA a plus

Experience with a large high growth consumer company a plus

eCommerce/Omnichannel or apparel experience a plus

Knowledge of Oracle financial systems, Anaplan, and Essbase/Hyperion a plus
