Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM integrations to meet client requirements
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and integration needs
Configure and maintain integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Keep abreast of Workday updates and industry best practices related to integrations
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations
In-depth knowledge of Workday integration tools, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data structures
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Workday Integration Certification is a plus
