Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback to Area Managers and stores including actionable insights
Forecast short- and mid-term sales using historical data and business insights
Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enhance tools and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, engineering or another relevant field
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail setting
Experience with a multinational or global organization preferred
Proven experience budgeting and forecasting skills within a retail organization
Proficient in Power BI
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred

Customer experience optimization
Analytical thinking including identifying opportunities for improvement
Change management such as implementation of new tools or processes
