Responsibilities

Configure and manage the Workday Benefits module for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA/HSA, 401(k), COBRA, and wellness plans
Ensure compliance with U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, HIPAA, ERISA)
Design and maintain eligibility rules, event types, and enrollment flows in Workday
Manage integrations with benefit carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs)
Support open enrollment, audits, testing, and system updates
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders on end-to-end benefits administration

Required

Workday Benefits Certification
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Workday Benefits configuration and support
Deep understanding of U.S. employee benefits policies and compliance requirements
Experience with EDI file setup and troubleshooting
Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred

Familiarity with Workday Reporting tools and security setup is a plus
