New Grad, Entry LevelDelavan Holdings is seeking to hire Entry Level and Experienced RV Service Technicians to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. This role offers a great opportunity to begin a rewarding career with continued training and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Examine and diagnose RV problems
Discuss repairs with RV service advisor
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for repairs
Attend company and factory training
Qualification
Required
No Experience Required! If You have Experience as a Handyman, and/or with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry, Apply Now for Immediate Consideration!
Must be handy, dedicated, responsible and professional
Enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands and consider yourself mechanically and technically inclined
Team player with a professional attitude and work ethic are a must

Experience working in an RV Dealership environment is preferred
Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
RVDA/RVIA CERTIFICATION a plus
