5+ years expnCircle Tech is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead with a strong background in the construction/AEC industry to join their growing team. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting revenue growth in the US market.

You’re an all-in person who isn’t scared to push, use creative outreach, and travel to client locations when needed Experience working with contractors, software companies, and/or developers in the US, with an understanding of their world
Identify and qualify potential clients within construction (contractors, developers, architects, suppliers)
Sell Software Automation/Digitization and BIM Services aligned to client needs
Utilize CRM tools and market research to build a robust pipeline of opportunities
Initiate contact via calls, emails, and networking platforms
Collaborate with India-based Account Executives and Sales Managers to convert qualified leads
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and progress
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within BIM, AEC, or construction
Proven track record of revenue generation, closing high-value deals, and long-term relationship building
Strong networking capabilities with C-level executives and decision-makers
Excellent communication: presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
Strategic thinking to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
Familiarity with US construction market dynamics and key players
Strong communication and negotiation skills
