Responsibilities
Collect and analyze financial information and documentation from clients
Verify financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with grant requirements
Prepare and submit detailed financial reports and grant applications
Liaise with clients to gather additional information and clarify financial details as needed
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
Stay updated on Australia government grant regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of applications
Provide regular updates and reports on the status of grant applications to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Knowledge of government grant processes and regulations is a plus but not essential
