Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of commercial structured cabling and low voltage installation projects

Build and maintain strong client relationships; leverage existing customer base to generate new business opportunities

Drive sales and business development to expand market share and revenue

Manage departmental operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

Ensure financial health of projects by monitoring budgets, margins, forecasts, and profitability

Provide leadership to project teams ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with NEC, BICSI, and other industry standards

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables

Oversee projects in education (schools) and healthcare (hospitals), ensuring compliance with industry-specific requirements

Deliver regular reporting on departmental and project performance to executive leadership
