Outside Sales Representative
CFS is a well-established service organization with over 30 years of industry success, and they are seeking an Outside Sales Representative. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding needs and providing customized solutions
Conduct engaging presentations and product/service demonstrations for prospective customers
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales while ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Keep detailed and accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client communication in the CRM
Partner closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client journey
Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor insights to strengthen positioning
Qualification
Required
