Oversee multiple client accounting departments to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency

Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and technical support to department leaders and accounting professionals

Monitor department performance metrics and implement process improvements aligned with company goals

Partner with executive leadership on initiatives that support growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction

Foster collaboration between departments and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to maintain a high-performing team

Support special projects from the COO and other senior leaders, ensuring timely and effective execution

Represent the organization in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure long-term solutions
